Lemon and Ginger Tea - Antioxidant Cocktail

Herbal teas are a good source of antioxidant phytonutrients. Ginger contains the antioxidant gingerol that may act as an anti-inflammatory. Lemon contains flavanones such as heperidin which has antioxidant properties. Adding a squeeze of fresh lemon can improve the taste and add further antioxidants.
